Who Am I

Let me introduce myself, Why have I created this travel site, well in my many years of travelling both domestically and internationally I have always arranged the travel details myself as I have found going through third parties, not only a lot more expensive, but also restricting when it comes to providing options on hotels, flights, etc. And in many cases the knowledge displayed by many of the agents has not over-whelmed me, afterall, how much credence would you give to what the staff says in your local curry's. My experience has shown that i have had to jump from website to website continually to sort out just the simplest of trips, no website seemed to collate all the information and links in one place. There are some extremely useful sites, but most actually specialise in one area, such as flights or hotels, nothing has actually covered the whole experience of travelling, from the research to arriving back in the country - and so welcome to travelinsider.co.uk. What I intend to be your is your one stop resource for all your travel needs. I am not a travel agent or have any ties with other firms, what I am is a well travelled individual who has learnt many lessons and want to make life that bit easier for individuals wishing to take advantage of the plethora of travel opportunities out there. So if this site makes your travel experience that bit easier or more enjoyable then I will have done my job, so please investigate the site. If you only take one tip from me and my site then let it be this - please travel, you only know what is out there when you see it! A little bit about myself. I am no industry expert who has thousands of connections to call upon, what I am is an individual who has travelled for several years, from short city breaks, to taking 18 months to explore different continents. This has taught me several lessons and has opened my eyes to what is out there. I have travelled from a young age and with each trip I have seen and experienced new and exciting things and sites, and with each new experience I realised that even if I travelled for the rest of my life I would still never see all that I wanted - however that doesn't stops me trying. From past experience I realise that organising your own holiday can be difficult especially when you are going to a new destination, and it can seem easier just paying a travel agent to do it for you, in my experience is not a good idea. With the help from this site then hopefully you will find it a breeze to organise. But if you still need help, then why don't you e-mail me and I will do my best to help you out. The site has been designed to hopefully be as user friendly as possible. Within the travel centre section, you will find various links to hopefully useful sites, including, the best places to find out about your destination, the best search sites for packages, flights and accommodation and a host of tips to make it that bit easier. The other sections will also provide useful links and tips on booking, checking-in, travelling, and even returning, such as uploading photo's for everyone to share and to leave feedback or set up your own blog on your travel experience. I am always looking at ways of improving the site, so please leave feedback, suggestions or tips, and even if you just want to say hi and make me jealous of a great trip you have just returned from, then I am all ears, or in this case all eyes.
